1 cawan gula
1 cawan tepung naik sendiri
1/2 cawan serbuk koko
sedikit soda bikarbonat
sedikit garam
2 biji telur
1/2 cawan susu
3/4 minyak masak
1/2 cawan air panas
I tried this two weeks ago. Very easy and it turned out well both in taste and appearance. I suppose I tend to enjoy baking and cooking more than ever before. One of the signs of ageing I guess. Forgot to take a picture but will try to remember next time. I normally do take pictures of food.
Oven: My mother's 1976 Zanussi. The Zanussi was left idle in the store room until we transferred it to our house in 1999. Only the rotisserie missing. I set it at 180 degree Celsius (plus minus some significant number as it is a dial type) for cakes.
